John went so far above the call of duty, that it would be too lengthy to describe here. Having himself traveled to over 90 countries, he was able to tell me things and answer questions that I would have never expected my travel agent to be equipped to answer. His intelligence preceeds him, and his kindness is only perhaps exceeded by his professionalism.Please don't shop any further.
